Oskar Butcher was started in 2008 out of a desire to make our own sausages and small goods at home and help others do the same. We found it enjoyable and not at all difficult to make good quality products at a lower cost than supermarket goods.
If you are interested in doing the same, this is the place to start. We supply casings, cures, and spices as well as various kits to get you started. We will guide you step by step with recipes, tips, and instructions. All purchases also come with instructions on making your own cold smoker.
