Our story.

I started Oskar Butcher in 2008 out of a desire to make my own sausages and small goods at home and help others do the same. I found it enjoyable and not at all difficult to make good quality products at a lower cost than supermarket goods.

If you are interested in doing the same, this is the place to start. We supply casings, cures and spices as well as various kits to get you started. We will guide you step by step with recipes, tips and instructions. All purchases also come with instructions on making your own cold smoker.

Create your own succulent sausages, dry cure and smoke your own bacon, make the finest salami – whatever it is, it’s easier than you think and you will be impressed by the difference between your own products and the goods you buy from the supermarket.
